RECIPE

Mushroom risotto
I love making risotto, it’s wheat-free, super  filling and lasts for ages. This recipe came in a gorgeous Carluccio’s gift tin as a gift – I kept the recipe card as it was the best mushroom risotto I’ve ever tasted. I don’t even order it in a restaurant anymore as don’t think anyone can top it!
I also re-use the tin to hold all my spare ribbons...
