Recipe


Banana Bread

Ingredients:
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 225g self-raising flour
  • 200g golden caster sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 2 eggs
  1. Preheat the oven to 150c. Peel the bananas and roughly chop them up. Place them in a food processor and add the flour, sugar, butter and eggs. Blitz until the ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a non-stick loaf tin and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes until risen and firm to the touch. Leave to rest for 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
