Copenhagen Fashion Week


I was lucky enough to go to Copenhagen Fashion Week to see the DAY Birger et Mikkelsen show last week. And what a city...the design, the food, the ridiculously attractive people, the bikes, the style. I want to be Scandinavian.

We saw lots of buyers and soon we realised that most of these brands are the new 'middle market' which is doing so well in these recessionista times at. This is where smart women are shopping to get great quality, an individual style with a focus on design but without the £700 price tag.

  2. I loved this, i was hoping you would pop some pics up for a nosey!! Quite a few people assume i am scandinavian…weirdly (blond and too pale for words!lol) Maybe i should move there. I have actually always wanted to visit, was it an expensive city?xxxx

    1. It wasn't as expensive as I was warned....although I guess, living in London, nowhere seems expensive!! I always think there are frugal ways of doing anything...SAS do quite cheap flights - I'm going to Helsinki next week (watch out for more city break info!) and fights in peak season were £200 ( booked quite late, too)
