This Month I'm....

...Watching some golden old films. I have invested in a digital TV recorder and have been constantly recording old classics on Film Four during the day and then catching up on them in my own time.

...Reviving my passion for Shakespeare. I re-watched Baz Luhrmann's masterpiece 'Romeo & Juliet' - what a soundtrack! I also managed to get £12 Travelex tickets for 'Timon of Athens' at The National theatre as well as tickets to see 'Twelfth Night' at The Globe with the multi-talented Mark Rylance. I saw the original production 10 years ago (I used to work at the Globe when mark Rylance was Artistic Director) and it is the funniest, warmest, best version I have ever seen (and I've seen quite a few!).

...Planning a wedding. Yes, I am getting married! But I hope not to bore you with too many wedding posts, but will check-in occasionally so you know how I'm getting on. Everything seems to be going smoothly, and I am finding some fabulous websites in the process. My new obsession is Rowan and Wren, gorgeous interiors at affordable prices. This was my first purchase for the wedding (weirdly, this image had been on my Pinterest board for ages and never knew where it was from!):
