Manolos and Norman...

What a glorious weekend we've just had! Saturday was blissful and thankfully one without (too) many plans. I took the opportunity to test drive my new 'Jane' jeans from MiH and team them with my new Manolo Blahnik 'BB' court shoes in navy.
Yes, I have been treating myself BUT I've just managed to lower my mortgage repayments through re-mortgaging my flat AND it's my birthday next week...has that let me off?

A block was about as long a walk I could realistically do...practise makes perfect!

Our Saturday walk...
Blossom in full bloom...makes me so happy!
'BB' suede courts, £440, Manolo Blahnik, available at Harrods. If you're going to invest in a shoe for life, this is the ultimate. They never date and are the most flattering shoe out there. Trust me, as a stylist I've seen A LOT of shoes!
'Jane' jeans, £190, MiH Jeans, Norman's lead, Jojo + Jax
The 'Jane' is a tough jean to work but as soon as I put them on, I fell in love - they are so comfortable! I already have far too many jeans, so I was drawn in by how different they are. A cropped flare is difficult to wear, but they look surprisingly good with both heels and flats. I'm wearing a size 27.

Norman's beautiful silk doglead was a gift from our friends at Jojo & Jax, who are big fans of Norman - it's 100% silk and hand-made in Britain. Thank you!
My blazer is instore at H&M now (sorry, like most good things at H&M, I can't find it online!), I bought it on Friday and have a feeling I'll be living in it this summer.

Jacket, £29.99: H+M, T-shirt: Markus Lupfer, Bag: Zara, Jeans: MiH Jeans, Shoes: Manolo Blahnik. Norman's lead: Jojo + Jax

  1. love these jeans. I hope you don't mind me asking, but how tall are you? I'm worried they'll be too long for me (I'm 5'2"). Clare x

  2. I love your Manolos. I've got a couple of vintage ones but will perhaps treat myself for my upcoming birthday! I'll just have to find a way of hiding them from husband- he is fed up wth my shoes and has threatened to start charitying them all off if I buy a new pair! :o

    1. It's just like the Iro and MiH ones I had my eye on in Fenwick...it's what I describe as an airport jacket - even sling it over your travelling clothes (which in my case, is often a tracksuit!)and it'll spruce up any outfit

  7. What a stylish dog walk- Norman is so cute! Love those jeans, the cropped length is unusual and yet oddly covetable.
