Editor's Tips: Knot & Pop guest post

I am really excited to have the lovely people behind fab new wedding website Knot & Pop do a guest post for me! They have come up with fun and frugal ideas for wedding decorations and given us a handy little insight into their tricks of the trade - enjoy!

Knowing how much you Frugality readers love your interiors (as do we) we decided to base some ideas for wedding ‘memorabilia’ around the heart of the home.

We’ve suggested some ideas that will take your décor from the wedding to sitting pride of place in the home, giving you lots of opportunity to reminiscence on the best day of your lives.
First up is our love of garlands. Out with the bunting and in with the garlands, get creative with shapes to create gorgeous garlands that are perfect to then dress in soon-to-maybe-be nurseries!
We love the idea of having decorations from the big day that then become part of your future together.

Gone are the days of leather bound guest books being passed round tables. Instead, couples are choosing to get guests more involved.
Why not create a guest book that becomes a piece of artwork, that can then be on show in the home for all to admire? Whether as a mural canvas that guests write and illustrate onto, as a finger-print picture, as pebbles to draw on that are then placed in your garden, or having guests drawn at an Artist’s Corner, below are some ideas to take make more of your guest book:
