A Day Off (Shopping)

I love taking a mid week day off at this time of year, it feels so indulgent and it's so nice tidying up your last few christmas presents. I met my sister in town and we headed to the newly opened Cadenzza store. Part of Swarovski, it is a one-stop jewellery store stocking 70 luxury jewellery brands, including its own branded pieces. Prices start as low as £14 but can go up to £850 for more couture-like Oscar de la Renta pieces and they stock almost every type of jewellery imaginable. From statement pieces such as Shourouk to fine dainty jewellery like Alex Monroe (one of my favourites, as most of you know).

I loved the mix of classic Swarovski pieces instore next to new cool designers such as Pamela Love and then urban headphones decorated with Swarovski crystals.

Coat: H+M. Sweater: H+M. Skirt: Carven. Bag: Atterley Road. Shoes: New Look

Shourouk gorgeousness

Complimentary hot choclate with marshallows!

Need these headphones in my life

These bracelets are really affordable and make good stocking filler presents

My sister trying a Bernard Delettrez claw ring (she ended up going for the Cabinet necklace below)

To finish off the day, we relaxed at St Martin's Lane Hotel for a wonderful afternoon tea at Asia de Cuba. I must admit, I often find afternoon tea a bit sickly and sugary but the menu here was fantastic. My favourite was the Cuban pulled pork and cheese sandwich (served warm) and chicken and avocado spring rolls!

I loved all the packaging and details

Cheers!
