Tate Housewarming

My love of the Tate knows no bounds, and I was one of the first to go to the newly renovated, unveiled gallery. The Millbank entrance is finally re-opened and it is restored to its well deserved glory.

One of my favourite Bridget Rileys

Maybe the fact it's in South London and easy to get to makes it so great, maybe because it's free to see the permanent Art, or maybe because it houses most of my favourite pieces in (Hockney's 'Mr & Mrs Clarke and Percy' is a favourite and J W Waterhouse's 'Lady of Shallot'). Whatever the reason, I'd recommend visiting after its recent facelift.

And a Tate membership would make a great christmas gift...from £62 and includes exclusive free entrance to all the exhibitions at both Tate Britain and Modern (I'm looking forward to the Paul Klee exhibition).
