LBD by L.K.B

All photos: Kris Atomic
Well, a few weeks ago I was invited to a rather special affair to celebrate the launch of L.K.Bennett's LBD BY L.K.B range...

As part of a collaboration, 6 bloggers were treated to a wonderful evening at The Savoy, being pampered by Blow, trying on the new LBD collection (Little Bennett dress) and dinner in the beautifully Art Deco Hotel restaurant, Kaspar's. Definitely a highlight of my blogging journey so far!

Having my makeup done by Blow
I chose a classic black long sleeved dress for the event, as I'm not usually one for sleeveless dresses (I need to do way more arm workouts before this happens!) - it's called the Dianne and I felt so relaxed (and not too 'done' - my dream).

And the shoes....! Well, needless to say, I loved them - sparkly and walkable, they reminded me of my weddding heels.

Gorgeous Karol shoes
The group of ladies on the evening were a fabulously curated bunch, including friend Monica from The Elgin Avenue, style crush Lucy from Fashion Me Now, gorgeous Freddy from I Go By Frankie, new-found blogger friend Julia from Stylonylon and Anna from South Molton Street Style and also Pitch & Post. I urge you to check out their blogs if you haven't already!

The food was superb - the charcuterie had my name on it!

Thank you LK Bennett for a wonderful evening! The LBD by L.K.B collection launches today so check it out and let me know what you think.

  1. Timeless, classic, beautiful. You look as if you've walked straight out of Vogue. Love this look so much x

    1. Thank you so much! It helps when you have hair and make-up done - wish I could have it everyday!

  2. Absolutely stunning Alex! Lisax

  3. Timelessly elegant, beautiful choice of dress. You look gorgeous! X

  4. Your styling is so much better than their own website - love the dress and shoes together. Shame they're so expensive!

    1. Oh thank you! Yes, they are an investment both together...I'd always go for shoes over clothes ;)
