A hint of mustard

Images from Pinterest (top left and bottom right are Lucy Williams from Fashion Me Now)
I like it in my outfits as much I do in my burger - just a hint. Never a colour I would have thought of in recent times, but I'm drawn towards it for spring, really it's just one step on from camel. It looks great with black and denim and can really transform an outfit.

Gestuz Autumn collection

I am now on the hunt for a luxurious chunky round-neck knit (as above, but I don't want to wait until Autumn) to wear with my crop kick jeans and loafers - answers on a postcard.

Suede shoes: £110, Topshop Boutique

Dress: £69.99, Mango (I just bought this for my trip to LA next month)
Blouse: £125, Wonder & Weaver (sold out but they always get more in stock)

Skirt: £39.99, H&M
And it has filtered down to interiors, too, although a bit more 'yellow'. It looks great with grey and works thrown in with a bit more of a minimalist style.

Cushion: £16, Next

Blanket: £24.99, H&M

  3. My mum has been wearing mustard for years now and I always thought it was a bit of a bizarre colour - but I've recently started wearing a few statement pieces and I love it! There's a great mustard suede mini skirt in River Island right now that looks great with a black polo neck (although getting a little warm for that!) x

    1. I've never been into it at all, but maybe it's time? Just bought a Zara peasant top with a hint of yellow/mustard trim so that's a start!
